Important Notes:
If the issue is from Dogar Publishers’ side, the product will be exchanged at our cost.
If the issue arises from the buyer’s end, delivery charges will apply.
In case of misprinted pages:
If any pages are misprinted, customers are requested to send the page numbers or clear pictures of the misprinted pages via WhatsApp at 0325-0427407.
You will be provided with the PDF of the correct pages without needing to return the book.

The item must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
No exchange will be entertained after the relevant exam date, even if the issue is due to a misprint.
Syllabus-based and job-related books are not eligible for exchange or return under any circumstances.
